Return Policy

All items are made and printed on demand. No Returns unless the product(s) is(are) misprinted, damaged, or defective. Claims must be made by emailing iamunderrenovation@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving the product and must include a picture of product and description of issue. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For any questions about products regarding fabric, fit, and size that cannot be answered in the product description, you may email us at iamunderrenovation@gmail.com. In the event that you need to exchange, since the products are made to order, exchanges will be made on a case by case basis. Send any questions and concerns by email and we will be happy to address them within 48 hours.
